Size up if you are between two, and check the strap adjustment range once it arrives; most sizes have some room to tighten but not much to loosen beyond a snug fit.
Does this stop pulling completely?
It redirects pulling pressure off the neck and onto the chest, which most owners find noticeably easier to manage, it is not a training tool on its own and will not fix pulling by itself without some leash training.

Can't see anything reflective on it but it fits a mini pinscher and works fine.
The size doesn't match, my dog is 3.5 kg and XS is too big.
