the product is accurate. but doesn't pick up the hair like its description.
One brush works perfectly, the other brush is not working (so I give 4 stars because of that). It is charging, but there is no steam. I got a refund for it by opening a dispute. Otherwise, it combed well, but the cat was a little shocked :)
The item needs some quality control. The rubber bristle pad lifts from the plastic handle and the button is permanently stuck after one use.

Well built, it works better than expected.
The steam is quiet and good, brush itself needs more bristles to collect more hair from cat.

Arrived fast, easy to use and my cat really loves it (if I don't show her that it produces mist), very useful, does the job as described, the only con would be if the reservoir has water and you leave it standing on the orange side it will slowly leak, so I recommend emptying it before storing it, an upgrade to use USB C would be great.
It’s ok. The water steam is not very helpful nor make any difference. The comb is good to remove hair tho.
